THE PASSION FOR FOOD
Owner and operator, Louis Busico began working in restaurants. It was there that he realized his true passion was for ownership and management. He spent 10 years managing restaurants and loved the challenge of running a business and making sure that everything ran smoothly.
Over the years, Busico worked his way up. It was after doing private catering, where he set up pizza ovens, when he finally was able to open his own brick-and-mortar.
Owning his own restaurant allows him to share his love of food with other people. Every day, Louis get to see customers enjoy the dishes that Loretta’s creates. It brings him joy to know that the team is providing people not only with a delicious meal, but also a memorable experience. As Busico says, “I am proud to be a restaurant owner, and I will continue to strive to make our establishment the best it can be.”
